Flood, Flood Publishing evolved to fill a void in the study guide market in Texas Law Schools. While in law school, Tyler A. Flood noticed that there was an abundance of lower level study guides, outlines, and flash cards, however, when it came time to take upper level, state specific courses, THERE WAS NOTHING!

Texas Pretrial Procedure was the first subject created by Flood Publishing and it soon grew to 11 Texas subjects. Barnes and Noble took notice and decided to stock our product as well as Nebraska Book Company, and Follet.

Flood Publishing is expanding its product line to include Florida Law Schools, New York Law Schools and Pennsylvania Law Schools. Each set of flash cards are an excellent review for upper level law school subjects as well as the Bar Exam.

Intensive research is conducted before a new subject is released. Each set of cards is designed to provide a good mix of blackletter law and hypotheticals without forcing students to sift through some 500 cards like the popular first year level flash cards on the market.

Founder and Owner, Tyler A. Flood graduated 4th in his graduating class in Texas, in May of 2001. He has a thriving practice in downtown Houston, Texas.
